Ryan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Breakwall Equity, with over 25 years of investment experience. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Marlin Equity, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and co-led the firm’s Heritage Fund. Prior to Marlin, Ryan was Head of TMT and a member of the Investment Committee at The Gores Group. He has been the lead investor and board member to 20+ technology companies. Ryan received his B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Nick is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Breakwall Equity, with over 15 years of investment experience. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Marlin Equity, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and co-led the firm’s Heritage Fund. Prior to Marlin, Nick held roles at Vector Capital and Merrill Lynch. He has been the lead investor and board member to numerous software companies. Nick received his B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University

Austin is a Vice President at Breakwall Equity. Prior to joining, he was a Private Equity Senior Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners after working as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Austin holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ryan is a Senior Associate at Breakwall Equity. Prior to joining, he was an Associate in the Technology M&A group at William Blair, advising on transactions across software and integrated payments. He began his career at AGC Partners, supporting M&A advisory for high-growth technology companies. Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.

John is an Associate at Breakwall Equity. Prior to joining, he was a Private Equity Associate at Banneker Partners, where he focused on vertical market software investments. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, after working as an Equity Research Associate at D.A. Davidson & Co. John holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
